Upgraded Staffing Insights

Our goal is to give every client a clear picture of their hiring efforts. This starts with the basics: a snapshot of your Bluecrew workforce. You can view the raw numbers of how many positions were filled, your total number of employees, your attrition rate, and more on a weekly basis.

In addition, you can take a look at your extended workforce trends, like your fill rate and the days you most commonly request workers. Put together, all of this data helps you plan ahead for the future, as you can clearly see how your staffing needs fluctuate based on the day, week, month, or season.

Understanding Your Workforce

Who’s your top worker? If you’re not sure, the tenure report will likely tell you. Your workforce data offers a lens into who you have hired and what their experience may be like. This clear picture of who you have hired and even where they are based can help you get a closer understanding of the people on your team.

One piece of data you won’t see anywhere else is the reasons your jobs are rejected. In this chart, our Bluecrew data team is digging into our crew members’ motivations and helping you understand how individuals react to your positions.
