Responsibilities
- Ensuring all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout events
- Maintaining knowledge of all menu offerings
- Following all responsible alcohol service policies
- Ensuring designated area is consistently cleared of used dishes and products
- Adhering to all safety and sanitation policies
- Performing post event product inventory and restock
- The ability to lift up to 25lbs
- The ability to walk or stand for up to 12 hours
- Thoroughly completing all assigned station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
