Responsibilities:
- Ensure only quality products are packaged and productivity is met
- Follow all safety practices and company procedures
- Work cooperatively and communicate with all employees working in your cell
- Work with and help other employees across the production floor
- Inspect every part that is produced on the production line reporting and recording any bad part that is produced
- Alert lead OP or cell leader immediately of any nonconforming parts
- Trim any excess flash completely and consistently as per relevant standard operating procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized and assist in job turn changeovers
- Report unsafe conditions to shift supervisor
- Must be able to walk behind machines and other narrow spaces
