Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out the front-line selling effort
- Attentiveness to curating the ultimate fan experience
- Must be able to ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Practice effective communication and the ability to work in a team
- Must be able to use product knowledge to make recommendations to fans
- Must assist in maintaining the organization and stock and restock of the sales floor
- Must be comfortable processing sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale system
- Must assist with any additional responsibilities as directed by the leadership team
- Must follow all company policies and procedures including safety rules and regulations
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and maintained at all times
