Responsibilities
- You will be in the grocery store picking/packing items for online orders that will be placed for pick-up or delivery
- Occasionally there will be a need to choose substitute items for products that are out of stock. This may require communication with customer via phone
- You will use the order management application in order to fulfill the online orders. It's very easy to use and you will be trained on how to use it
- You will need an eye for detail, such as confirming the correct product name, size and quantity for each order
- You will be in the store with regular customers and interacting with store staff, so please come with a friendly attitude and be mindful of the experience for the store and their customers
