Our approach to hourly work is unique and allows you to gain experience, skills, and build a reputation while filling roles at various companies. We are currently looking for new Crew Members to fill several jobs as Warehouse Work Generalists. The warehouse roles pay between $16/hour and $24/hour based on experience, certifications, and skillsets. You may need to know how to use various warehouse machines like forklifts and cherry pickers as well as warehouse software and equipment including scanners, inventory sheets, and delivery logs. The shifts vary so apply quickly to be sure you have your pick. 

Some of these roles require no experience because they are entry-level or our client companies are willing to train you. Qualifications May Include: 

• Experience in a warehouse role, preference for experience performing specific duties and experience with specific machines.
• Supervisory experience and certification requirements vary.  You do have to be at least 18 for all of the roles.
• Working in a small or large team to relocate furniture, boxes, or other miscellaneous items
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Safely lifting and moving heavy boxes or other heavy items, up to 75 pounds in weight
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Smartphone for pictures
• Ability to read and understand warehouse standard operating procedure and safety guideline documentation and independently and accurately execute it will minimal or no supervision

• Reliable, strong work ethic, knows how to turn a task into a mission, be someone you’d want working for yourself!
• Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet (AKA a mental juggler)
• Responsible enough to do independent, unsupervised work.  Get the job done well without having someone looking over our shoulder.
• Highly communicative - no question is too small to ask!
• Being curious about Bluecrew’s new approach to helping hourly workers build amazing careers is a plus!
• Be on-time with the goal of excellent attendance and understand how to use the Bluecrew app to communicate your absences per protocol so you can help our client's stay fully staffed while you're out.
