Work for Bluecrew.

We are looking for crew with demolition and mitigation experience in water, fire, and/or mold remediation. Tasks include (but are not limited to) restoration activities including disposal of damaged property, cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack out and storage and other specialized cleaning both on site and in the warehouse.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some job sites will require a valid photo ID/driver's license for entry.

REQUIRED DRESS CODE:

• Cargo or khaki work pants or jeans
• Comfortable work clothes and shoes
• Steel toed boots may be required for some jobs (you will be notified if so)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.
• Set dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment at the work site, ensuring proper setup and removal.
• Perform initial loss inspection.
• Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc. and perform general demolition.
• Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer’s contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
• Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
• Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Demolition/Restoration experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.
• Highly Preferred: IICRC certifications and mitigation experience in water, fire, and/or mold mold remediation.
