Responsibilities

  • General culinary knowledge of basic kitchen practices, protocols and procedures
  • At least 1 year working in a high volume restaurant kitchen, or similar working experience
  • Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
  • Work on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift
  • Reaching, crouching, bending over
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Clean and sanitize workstation and maintains orderly work area
  • Ability to work safely with large volume culinary equipment including but not limited to slicer, large quantity mixer, fryers, griddles, char broilers, robo coupe, and convection ovens
  • Follow required dress code
