IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This shift is a swing shift. You will work 3 days on, 4 days off, then 4 days on, 3 days off. Shifts are 12 hours.
We are currently seeking candidates for Production Associates who enjoy helping in the production of cards, books, and/or gifting items from a variety of sources! This fun, team-based role will have you creating fantastic customer-ready products that fulfill their orders.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Must have hard work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and common sense
- Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member
- Communicate effectively with supervision, tech support, and other associates
- Attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to change
- Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus
- Uses proper lifting techniques including team lift to lift anything over 25lbs
- Wears mandated PPE for the manufacturing floor and in certain areas
- Adherence to manufacturing floor policies
