Responsibilities
- Mixer – loads industrial mixers with ingredients and loads mixed dough into machinery.
- Fryer – loads baskets with raw product and removes fried product to/from baskets; fries churros in hot oil.
- Will rotate between the positions of Fryer and Mixer as needed during the workweek.
- Lift tray lifter containing 3 full metal screens, lifted only assisted by tray lifter arm.
- Lift bag of ingredients weighing 50 pounds, carried 2-3 ft to pour into mixer.
- Lift full metal screen weighing up to 35 pounds, carried 2 to 3 feet to rack.
- Lift dough sections weighing approximately 20 pounds, carried 0 to 3 feet to hopper.
- Lift tub over 100 pounds: 2 employees lift off a dolly bowl of ingredients onto a scale to weigh, and back onto the dolly.
