You’ll be maintaining the kitchen work areas and making sure all of the equipment and utensils are clean and orderly. Some experience is preferred but not required. Please be comfortable working in an energetic, sometimes hectic (but rewarding) environment.
Responsibilities:
- Working independently to keep kitchen in top working order for your co-workers
- Mopping, wiping, sanitizing all kitchen surfaces including meat blocks and walls.
- Help with trash removal, banquet set-up or other tasks as requested.
- Be prepared to work on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities at times, as required by the immediate supervisor
