Responsibilities

• Sort and ship various items backhauled from stores efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and leadership
• Follow department procedures for sorting, storing and shipping items
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to use tools, equipment, and machinery including but not limited to sit down forklifts, balers and pallet jacks
• Ability to work in an environment exposed to extreme temperatures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overnights, days, weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Readiness to follow direction
• Capacity to work independently
• High energy and enthusiastic about core values and company philosophy
  

Essential Job Functions

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Bend and stoop to grasp objects. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat
• Bend and lift items, not to exceed 80 pounds
• Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling
  

Desired Work Experiences

• 1 yr min of sit-down forklift experience
• Warehouse forklift experience a plus
