Bluecrew is looking for Dispatchers to work for a client near you.  As a Dispatcher your role will be  to assure that all pickups and drops happen in a timely, safe and efficient manner.  Great opportunity for someone with spot-on communication skills.  We’re hiring immediately.  Apply today!

Dispatcher Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Make outgoing calls to find drivers
  • Provide the best support experience to our Delivery Partners
  • Collaborate with our Driver Leads, Driver Coordinators, Team Leads, dispatch managers, and Account Representatives to ensure we are upholding our standards of delivery excellence
  • Monitor and review routes and interact with drivers as necessary to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor
