Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sweeping, mopping, and vaccuming all flooring on site
  • Must dust all light fixtures, baseboards, fans, door frames, window frames, and vents
  • Must be comfortable with operating a shop vac at any time during shift
  • Responsible for making sure any paint and grout is not spilled
  • Must make sure all thresholds are clean from dirt, mud, and paint
  • Must be comfortable with and able to drive a company vehicle at any point
  • Responsible for maintaining any tools or equipment given
  • Must be able to handle streneuous activity
  • Must pay attention to all details on the work orders given
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures
