We are seeking experienced Demo/General Helper to assist Crew Chief in general cleaning, water, smoke, fire, mold remediation, and bio-hazard clean up jobs. Secure, recession proof industry. Extensive training systems, ongoing education, and room for growth. Team environment; we have low employee turnover and support our employees so that they grow and set them up for success in their career with us. This is a career, not just a job. You are an integral part of our team.

Must Haves

  • Be flexible to changing duties, and eager to assist Crew Chief with any demo/project-related requests
  • Be willing/able to ride in a company vehicle with Crew Chief to project sites
  • Have prior experience on demo projects as a tech or helper
  • Own/bring hand tools to projects (Hammer, screw driver, etc.)
  • Be flexible on shift ending times (end-times can vary depending on projects.)

Position Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning/restoration
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds regularly, & 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in WATER DAMAGE MITIGATION
  • 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in DEMO projects- ICRC certifications
