Role Summary: Bluecrew crew members who fill roles for this client are at the heart of everything they do. Every day you will pick, replenish and deliver with a smile, on time every time, no matter what. The purpose of the replenishment operator is to provide and replenish stock 'on the floor’ for daily pick operations. Utilizing a combination of MHE specifically high reach truck and order picker.

Client Qualifications for Role:

• Current forklift operator license - stand up and order picker
• Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail
• Demonstrated prior success in a warehouse/DC replenishment role
• Working knowledge of WMS and RF Scanner.
• Must have the ability to lift, carry, push, pull 35+ lbs
• Direct warehouse associate tasks to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Lead by example and be willing to mentor less experienced workers
• Prepare the sortation plan ahead of the nightly sort

Bluecrew Warehouse Roles May Include:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating, organizing, or repacking product items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physical activities
• Working on your feet at a quick pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable in a an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other equipment in the warehouse
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
