Role Summary: In this role you will get the opportunity to be cross-trained on inventory control and cycle counting, receiving, and order management.  You will need to pay close attention to detail as we ship large volumes of Amazon orders.  We expect you to be accountable to yourself and your team.  We are looking for team players willing to go where they are needed, for an hour, a shift or a week.  We will provide all the training you need to be successful with us.  It will be expected that you are proactive during training and learn quickly. We have a strong focus on safety and housekeeping and expect all members of the team to take responsibility for this.   We do not schedule overtime by default, but we expect the full team to contribute in instances where it is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or substandard warehouse equipment
• Palletizing inventory (package sizes up to 80lbs with team lift)
• Coordinating ship out of Amazon LTL orders, including working within the Amazon Vendor Portal, printing and applying labels with a high degree of accuracy
• Coordinating shipments with carriers, including FedEx and UPS
• Operating an automated pick cart using remote controls
