Responsibilities

Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events
Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner following outlined steps of service
Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relays relevant information to supervisor
Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
Work on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift
Reaching, crouching, bending over
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Clean and sanitize workstation and maintains orderly work area
Ability to work safely with large volume culinary equipment including but not limited to slicer, large quantity mixer, fryers, griddles, char broilers, coupe, and convection ovens
Follow required dress code
