Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately.
Responsibilities:
- Collect used kitchenware from dinning and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dish-washing machine
- Wash specific items by hand
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Set up workstations before meal prep
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock
- Check washing machines operation and promptly report any technical performance
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area
Requirements:
- Stand or walk for long hours
- Must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
