Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00AM to 4:30PM; Saturday 6:00AM to 2:30PM
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory count and location of all products in warehouse. Duties include performing cycle counts, ensuring all products are in the correct location, researching inventory discrepancies, managing damaged and returned product and communicating inventory issues to warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
- Completes cycle counts on a daily/weekly basis
- Collects damaged products and returns; includes collecting return slips, restocking returned products, updating inventory counts and updating damaged logs
- Restocks mispicks and updates inventory
- Completes Inventory Inspection Request (IIR) tasks
- Performs reserve check tasks including the following
- Regularly walk through all the aisles of the warehouse to pull out any damaged products for repacking, move products to correct locations as needed, and ensure no products are on the floor
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- Must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, stand, sit and reach
