Looking for a warehouse job so you can earn extra money for the holidays while getting plenty of exercise? Bluecrew is looking for 2nd Shift Warehouse Unloaders to fill warehouse roles at a local food importer.
This role involves unloading containers from the dock truck. So come dressed for the weather to be sure you’re comfortable. Also be prepared for lots of physical labor! More and more over time will be available as the holidays approach so apply immediately to get your spot!
Please pack lunch as there are no restaurants nearby.
Responsibilities:
- Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
- Workers will unload trucks/containers from the truck dock
- Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
- Safely relocating, organizing, or repacking product items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
- Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physical activities
- Working on your feet at a quick pace for the entirety of the shift
- Comfortable in a an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other equipment in the warehouse
- Follow the required dress code, including close toed shoes and long pants
